Featured Strategy:
Overwhelming Force

Although this site focuses on the larger, more dramatic signs and installations, smaller signs more discreetly placed generally stay up much, much longer and are easier to produce en masse. The signs pictured above, for example, took about four hours to paint and can be securely clipped, bungeed, taped or wired just about anywhere around the freeway. Rather than try to prep each canvass for placement in advance, I usually just take a bunch of signs with me along with coat hangars, duct-tape, bungees, spring clamps, and hammer and nails, allowing for preparation and placement on the fly. The use of Overwhelming Force becomes particularly gratifying once you've had a couple of signs come down: There's plenty more where that came from.

Happy Blogging.
